The Pixie Dots are definitely the must-have nail art glitters of this season! These unique transparent glitters provide an enchanting and sparkling look on your nails. It is important to know that the color of the surface affects the effect of these glitters. 

These glitters are available in a jar (2.5 gr.) or a bottle (12 gr.)

What makes these Pixie Dots even more fun is that they come in different shades. So you can choose from:

  • Baby Blanco, these give a pinkish glow;
  • Pretty Fly, these give a light blue glow;
  • White Wedding , these give a yellow / green glow;
  • Ice Ice Baby, these give a white / blue glow.

    • If you find the Pixie Dots just a bit too fine, you can always opt for the coarser version, called Pixel dots.

    Instructions

    How to use these glitters?

    Step 1

    Start with a well-prepped manicure; ensure you have a neat, clean base before beginning the application.

    Step 2

    Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure it fully under the lamp. Cure time may vary by brand.

    Step 3

    Now apply a thin layer of base color and cure it fully.

    Tip

    The base color influences the effect of the glitter. The result is at its best when using a white or nude-colored base.

    Step 4

    Apply a thin layer of rubber base over the color and sprinkle the glitter onto the nail over a glitter tray to catch any excess. Gently press the glitter into place and cure the nail fully under the lamp.

    Step 5

    Seal the nail with two layers of top coat. Apply a thin layer of top coat, cure it under the lamp, and then repeat the process.

    Tip

    For coarser glitter, you can seal the nail with a layer of rubber base over the glitter, followed by a layer of top coat. This ensures the coarse glitter is smooth to the touch.
