Order & Pay
Ordering
Place your products in your digital shopping cart using the 'Add to basket' button. When you click the shopping cart icon, you can see what has been added to your cart.
Modifying
You can only modify an order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change details such as the name or address on your order.
If it's an address change, you can always try to redirect the delivery to a PostNL location. Refer to the 'Delivery or Pickup' page for more information.
Canceling
You can only cancel an order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the shipment. The return costs for cancellations are the responsibility of the buyer. Refer to the 'Exchange & Returns' page for more information.
Payment
We accept the following payment options:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Invoice payment via manual bank transfer*

Paying After Delivery
You can pay after delivery by placing an order with a credit card. The amount will be reserved on your credit card, and the actual charge will occur after delivery.
Note: This only applies to products that are in stock.
Order Confirmation
After your order has been received through the webshop, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Didn’t receive a confirmation?
- Check whether the payment was processed
- Also check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there
Payment not processed?
Please contact us. We will check whether the order was received.
Bank Account Number
If you chose to pay by invoice via manual bank transfer, you can transfer the amount to our bank account: NL74KNAB0256910251. Always include your order number when making the payment.
