Order pay

To order
Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the button with the text 'Add to basket' . When you click on the shopping cart icon, you can see what has been placed in your shopping cart .

Modify
You can only adjust an order if you have not yet received shipping confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible to change the name or address of your order, for example.

If it concerns a change of address, you can always try to change delivery to a PostNL location. Please see the 'Delivery or Collection' page for more information.

Cancel
You can also only cancel if you have not yet received confirmation of shipment . Has your order already been shipped? Then you can return the shipment. The return costs of cancellations are for the buyer. Please refer to the 'Exchanges & Returns' page for more information.

Pay
We accept the following payment options:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Apple Pay
- Paypal
- The Blooom gift cards, also called Gift cards*
- On invoice by manual transfer**

* Gift cards can be used in our webshop, physical store, Beauty bar or BLOOOM ACADEMY and cannot be exchanged for money
** In general, we only deliver after receipt of full payment. Conditions may apply when paying on invoice by manual transfer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Postpay
This can be done by placing an order with a credit card. The amount will then be reserved on your credit card. The actual depreciation takes place after delivery.

Please note: This only applies to products that are in stock.

In cash
In our physical store you can pay in cash and take the products with you immediately. Need advice? We are happy to help you. We offer two options for our customers: you can visit the store during our regular opening hours, or you can book a personal shopping session with one of our experts. With the personal shopping session you have an expert who is only available to you and can help you find the perfect items.


NB: We do not accept cash payments on delivery or at the post office.

Confirmation of your order
After your order has been received by us via the webshop, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Have you not received confirmation?
- Then check whether the money has been debited
- Also check your spam, sometimes the confirmation arrives there

Has the money not been debited?
Please contact us . We will then check whether the order has gone through.

Account number
Have you chosen to pay on invoice by manual transfer? Then you can transfer the money to our account number: NL74KNAB0256910251. Always mention your order number when paying.
