Want to exchange product(s)?
Do you want to exchange your product(s)? No problem. Please contact us at orders@theblooom.nl. However, you will bear the costs for
return shipping from your address to our online store.

Return product(s)?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your address to our online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of locally available carriers.

Right of withdrawal​
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product or products will be returned to The BLOOOM with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If you purchased a kit or a Starter Package, you must return it in full.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at order@theblooom.nl . You will then receive return instructions by email.

As soon as your return shipment has arrived with us, it will be processed as quickly as possible (within 5 working days at the latest).

We will then refund the order amount due within 10 to 14 working days after processing your return. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

For all products, we recommend returning the product with the increased liability option and signature upon receipt.

Keep your proof of shipment with the track & trace code in a safe place. You will need this if your package is lost or suffers transport damage during the return shipment. The BLOOOM is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.

Packing and shipping when exchanging or returning
Before returning an item, make sure you have registered your return. You will then receive the return instructions by email.
Pack the item to be impact and scratch resistant. Please note: NEVER stick tape on a presentation box or product! Frank the return box at the shipping office.

Return in case of malfunctions or problems with newly delivered goods
Returns of products that do not work properly and repairs that arrive to us by post will be unpacked with priority. Our employees will process the package from that moment on. We aim to respond to you within 3 days of receiving the package regarding the further processing of your return request.
