Order & Payment
How can I place an order and pay on the website?
On our website we accept payments via:
- iDeal (NL)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Credit card
- Colortone Gift Cards.
Can I pay with a discount code or gift card? If so, how?
Absolutely! Enter your discount code in the 'discount code' field at checkout.
Is paying afterwards an option?
No, we currently do not offer payment after delivery.
However, you can place an order using a credit card. The amount will be reserved on your card and only charged after delivery.
Please note: this only applies to products that are in stock and immediately available.
Can I change my order?
At Colortone you can change your order as long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
For example, if you want to change the name or address of your order, please contact us directly: info@colortone.nl
If you want to change the delivery address, you can consider having the order delivered to a PostNL location. For more details, please visit our ' Shipping & Delivery ' page.
Can i cancel my order?
At Colortone it is possible to cancel your order as long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Contact us directly: info@colortone.nl
If your order is not yet ready for shipment, we will cancel it and refund the purchase price via the same payment method you used.
Is it possible to place an order without a Chamber of Commerce?
At Colortone you can also place orders without Chamber of Commerce registration. Our range consists of nail art and related products - we strongly advise against experimenting with our professional products without the right training or experience.
Improper use can damage your own nails, those of others or even pose health risks.
I have not received an order confirmation: Has my order gone through?
When an order comes to us, you will normally receive a confirmation in your email.
If that is not the case: First check your junk email or spam folder. The confirmation may have ended up there.
It is possible that your email address has been entered incorrectly or that something went wrong on our side. In that case, please contact us: info@colortone.nl We will check it for you, adjust where necessary and ensure that you still receive a confirmation.
A product is out of stock, but I have already paid for it, what now?
There may be a situation where the last item in our store is sold while you are completing your order. If you have already paid for a product that is no longer in stock, we will deliver it immediately after refilling.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, it may be back in stock within a few days.
We will always inform you immediately about the status of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship within the Netherlands with PostNL and DHL, both to your home address and to pick-up points.
For other countries we often use PostNL and DHL too, but if you need to know beforehand, please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping method and partner available.
What is the estimated delivery time of my order?
For domestic orders: If you order before 3:00 PM on working days, we aim to deliver your order the next working day - within the Netherlands.
Orders placed on the weekend or on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Due to busy times at delivery services, delays can sometimes occur.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €75 excl. VAT are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands (NL) and Belgium (BE).
For orders under €75 excl. VAT we charge €6.68 shipping costs.
For the costs of shipping to other countries, please contact us: info@colortone.nl
How can I track the status of my order?
We ship all packages within the Netherlands and Belgium with a PostNL Track & Trace code. This way you can always follow your order closely.

Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my products?
Yes of course, we offer exchange service. Please contact us at info@colortone.nl and include your order number.
The return costs of the products you want to exchange are at your own expense.
Important: Make sure the products are unused, clean and in the original packaging. Exchanges are possible up to 2 weeks after receipt.
Can I return my products?
It may happen that a product is not completely to your liking, or that you have accidentally selected the wrong product. In that case you can exchange or return your products. Always contact us first to start a return request: info@colortone.nl
The period to submit a return request is 14 days after the delivery date of the product.
The costs for returning the products are at your own expense.
Make sure the item is well protected from bumps and scratches when preparing it for return. Please do not place tape on the original presentation box or directly on the product. Then send your return package via a shipping office such as PostNL.
What is the returns procedure?
Register your return by sending an email to info@colortone.nl . We will then send you the instructions for returning.
After receiving your return shipment, we will check and process it within 5 working days.
After processing your return, we will refund the full order amount within 10 to 14 working days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order.
Important: If you purchased a set or starter pack, make sure you return it in its entirety.
How long does it take before I get my money back?
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 5 working days. After this processing, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the same payment method you used to place the order.
