Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

We strive to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays the same day.

However, sometimes this does not work: There may be circumstances, such as an unexpected sale of a product or an increased volume of orders at PostNL, that can delay the delivery of your order.

Delivery is by post or parcel delivery from PostNL. Typically - depending on transport and stock conditions - you can expect your package to be delivered the next working day (including Saturday) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Although we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we unfortunately cannot influence or guarantee the exact delivery time.

The above initially applies to orders within the Netherlands. If you order from abroad and would like information that applies to your destination country, please contact us.

Preorder

Items in pre-sale / pre-order have a different delivery time. Please note that the specified delivery time is an estimate.

Delivery options

  • PostNL Parcel Post to address
  • Package delivery to PostNL location

PostNL Parcel Post

PostNL parcel post is delivered from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) in both the Netherlands and Belgium. PostNL is a reliable partner for parcel delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you ship as parcel post, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email as soon as your package has been processed in the PostNL sorting center.

To trace your package, you can click on the link in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email.

Have the package delivered to a PostNL point

The convenience of this shipping method lies in its flexibility; you don't have to wait at home or on location for your package. Pick it up at a PostNL collection point at a time that suits you best, even after your working day.

Change address

According to our general terms and conditions, delivery will be made to the address specified during the ordering process. However, we strive to deliver your purchase to the right place.

Did you make a mistake when entering your delivery address or do you want to change the delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible: info@colortone.nl . We will do our best to adjust your order.

You can always try to change delivery to a PostNL location.

Postage costs

The prices stated always exclude shipping costs.

The Netherlands

The shipping costs are:

  • €6.78 for orders under €75, excluding VAT
  • Free for orders over €75 excluding VAT

Belgium

The shipping costs are:

  • €9.73 for orders under €100 excluding VAT
  • Free for orders over €100 excluding VAT

Abroad

We also deliver abroad. PostNL delivers packages all over the world. Please contact us for current shipping times and costs.

Pick up from the store

We offer the option to collect your products from the store within opening hours.
